Our office is located at No. 1183 on 1st Main Road in Kuvempu Nagar. It’s over in the Doddakallasandra area, not far from Kanakapura Road. At Frontfoot Sports Management, things can get pretty loud when a big event is coming up. We spend a lot of time on our phones or hunched over laptops. It’s about organizing matches, talking to coaches, and making sure the venues are actually ready. Sometimes we show up at a field and the grass hasn't been cut, so we have to scramble. That’s just part of the job. It’s not all sitting in an air-conditioned office. We’re often out in the sun, carrying gear or checking schedules. The office itself is full of posters and a few trophies we’ve collected over the years. We have a small team who all really like sports, which helps when we have to work through the weekend. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we make it work. We deal with parents, players, and sponsors all day long. Sometimes we lose a booking and have to find a new spot at the last minute. It keeps you on your toes. We just enjoy being around the game, whatever game that happens to be. It’s a lot of logistics and hoping the weather stays clear for the weekend matches. We just keep moving forward. Last month we spent three hours in the rain just to make sure a tournament finished on time. It was messy, but the kids were happy.
