Fresheteria

Fresheteria is situated at No.535 on the 5th Main in the 5th Block of HBR Layout. It’s a pretty residential part of the city, which we like. The area is relatively calm compared to the city center, but it still has its busy moments. We’ve been operating from this building for a while now. The kitchen is where everything happens. We start early, usually around dawn, to get everything prepped before the sun gets too high. It’s just a few of us working here. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy website. We just focus on the food. Most of our day is spent cleaning vegetables, stirring big pots, and making sure the packing is done right. HBR Layout has a lot of trees, which makes the mornings quite nice. We aren't doing anything revolutionary; we just cook the kind of food we would eat at home. Sometimes we run into issues with deliveries or the plumbing acts up, but that’s just part of owning a small business. We try to keep a clean workspace and a steady pace. People in the neighborhood know us by now. We don't put out flyers or anything like that. We just stay in our kitchen and do our work. It’s a lot of hours on our feet, and the work is repetitive, but it’s what we know how to do. Just a local kitchen in the 5th Block trying to get the job done right.
