We are located at Office No 348/B on the 1st Main in the 8th Block of Koramangala. It’s right across from Bethany High School, so things get pretty hectic around here when school starts and ends. You’ll see a lot of parents and buses clogging up the road, but otherwise, it’s a decent neighborhood to work in. At Fourth Dimension Real Estate, we mostly deal with what’s happening right here in GIDC Phase IV and the surrounding blocks. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a room with some desks and a lot of maps on the walls. We spend a lot of time talking to landlords and people looking for a place to rent or buy. Koramangala has changed so much, it’s hard to keep up sometimes. We remember when there were fewer shops and more trees. Now it’s all cafes and offices. We try to keep our notes organized so we can give people actual facts about the properties. It’s a lot of walking back and forth and making phone calls that don't always go through. We don't use any big sales tactics. We just show the place, tell them the price, and let them decide. It’s more honest that way. Sometimes the rain makes the roads a mess, but we still go out for site visits. It’s just part of the daily routine for us here in the 8th Block. We like being part of the local scene.
