Our place is over at 2 Peenya Industrial Area, specifically on the 3rd Cross near Vidhyanagar. It’s right off Hosur Main Road, so there are always big trucks and machinery moving around the neighborhood. Being an engineering firm, the atmosphere here is a bit different than a standard office. There is the smell of metal and oil, and you can usually hear the sound of machines working in the background. We have been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. The building is large and has different sections for the actual work and the administrative stuff. Sometimes it gets quite dusty because of all the construction and industrial activity in Peenya, but we just wipe off the desks and keep going. We have a team that knows their way around tools and technical drawings. Most of the day is spent checking parts or making sure the equipment is running the way it should be. It is heavy work and it can be tiring, especially when the weather gets hot in the afternoon. We do not really have any fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a functional space where we get things built and repaired. The staff wears work clothes mostly, and we all know each other’s names. It is a straightforward operation where we focus on the task at hand without much fuss or unnecessary talk. We just like to get the engineering right and finish the jobs on time.
