Bharath Mechanical Company

Bharath Mechanical Company is situated on N.R. Road, right at No. 19/1 in the IV Cross area. If you know where Shivaji Talkies is, we are basically right behind it. It is a handy landmark to use because N.R. Road can be quite confusing with all the small lanes and cross-streets. Our workshop is a bit of an older place. It’s got that smell of oil and metal that never really goes away, no matter how much you clean. We have been working out of this spot for a long time. The space is mostly filled with machines and tools, so there is not much room for a proper office. We usually just have a small desk tucked into the corner where we keep the books. It gets quite loud when the machines are running, and the heat can be something else in the summer. We don't mind it much, as we are used to the noise. People from around the neighborhood stop by often, sometimes just to say hello or ask for a bit of help with something. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to answer the phones in a professional way. Usually, whoever is closest to the phone just picks it up. It is a very straightforward, local operation. We just do the mechanical work that comes our way and try to keep the customers happy. It’s hard work, but we’ve been doing it this way for years.
