Aavishkaar Engineering Solutions

Our place, Aavishkaar Engineering Solutions, is located at 14 5 on Hesaragatta Main Road in Basavanagar. It's a busy spot with lots of trucks and traffic going by all the time. We have a small office and a workshop area in the back. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. We have some old desks and a lot of computers that we use for designing things. Most of the time, the air is thick with the smell of oil and metal. We do a lot of technical work here, mostly stuff that other people find boring but we find interesting. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. There's just a handful of us who have been working together for years. We know each other's habits pretty well. We don't really have a big marketing plan or a salesperson. Usually, we just get work from people who have used us before. We try to be honest about how long a job will take. Sometimes parts are hard to get and things get delayed, but we tell it like it is. We spend our lunch hours at the tea stall around the corner. It’s a regular life here in Basavanagar. We just focus on getting the engineering right so the machines don't break down later. It’s practical work and it’s what we know.
