We are in the Munibrappa Building, which is right opposite the Nagamma 2nd Cross in the 5th Block. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a solid place to work. Bangalore is always growing, and this part of the city, near Vidyaranny Purapost, has seen a lot of changes recently. Our office isn't anything fancy. We have the space we need for our mechanical engineering work and that’s about it. The building is older, but it’s sturdy. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and dealing with the technical side of things. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a tie every day. We usually have grease on our hands or dust on our shoes. That’s just how it goes in this line of work. We’ve been in the Munibrappa Building for a good stretch of time. The people in the 5th Block are mostly working folks like us. We don't have a big marketing team or a glossy brochure. We just have the name Al Shirawi written on the door and we do what we can to get the engineering right. It’s a busy life with the Bangalore traffic, but we make it work.
