So, we are Fortune Real Estate Consultancy. Our office is tucked away in the Krishna Reddy Building, which is on the 2nd floor of Kendriya Sadan along 17th Main. It's a bit of a climb up the stairs but we get used to it. Most people around here know the building. We spend our mornings checking listings and drinking tea while the traffic picks up outside. It gets pretty loud on the main road sometimes. We mostly deal with people looking for a place to stay or maybe someone trying to sell a bit of land they don't need anymore. It is just basic work, really. We keep a lot of files on the desks and the phone rings quite a bit throughout the afternoon. Sometimes we have to head out to show a house and we just lock up for an hour. It’s not a big fancy place with glass walls or anything. Just a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and us trying to keep things organized. We've been at this address for a decent amount of time now. You can see the street from our window, which is nice for people watching when things get slow. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, just us sitting here in the Krishna Reddy Building. If you're walking down 17th Main, you'll probably spot the sign. We try to stay on top of things as much as we can. We keep a small kettle in the corner for making coffee too.
