Fmc India Pvt. Ltd is located on the first floor of the Embassy Star building. The address is 8 Place Road in the High Ground area. It’s a decent part of the city, with a lot of trees around some of the streets nearby. We have a fair amount of space on our floor. It’s not overly decorated. We just have what we need to get through the workday. Most of us arrive around nine and stay until the work is finished. Being in High Ground means we are fairly central, which is helpful. The building has a few other companies in it too. We see the same people in the elevator every day. Sometimes the power goes out for a minute, but we have a backup system. We usually just sit at our desks and focus on our computers. It can be quite a long day when things are busy. There isn't a lot of fluff in how we talk or work. We prefer to just stay on task. Bangalore traffic can be a nightmare, so many of us leave early to try and beat the rush. The office itself is quite plain. We have some whiteboards and some old chairs. It feels like a normal office where people actually do work. We don't have any big speeches or grand ideas, we just manage our daily responsibilities as they come. The security desk downstairs is always there to sign people in.
