Flextronics Design Pvt Ltd is located over at 37, 2nd Cross, in the CR Layout of JP Nagar, Bangalore. It’s a typical Bangalore office area. We do a lot of design work here, which mostly means sitting at desks for a long time. The office is right there in the layout, surrounded by other buildings and small shops. You can always hear the traffic from the main road nearby. Inside, it's mostly the sound of keyboards and people talking about projects. We have been in this spot for a bit. It’s not a huge shiny glass tower or anything. It’s just a functional building where we get our work done. The 2nd Cross is usually pretty cramped with cars and scooters parked everywhere. We spend our days looking at screens and trying to figure out technical problems. Lunch is usually just something quick from a nearby stall or brought from home. There isn't much to the office decor—just desks, chairs, and some computers. We don't really talk about missions or anything like that. We just have deadlines to meet and designs to finish. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due. It’s just regular office life in Bangalore. We handle the paperwork, deal with the software, and try to keep things moving. It gets a bit repetitive, but that's how this kind of work goes. We just keep at it and hope the traffic isn't too bad.
