Flatsincity

Flatsincity is located right in the middle of Malleshwaram. We are on the first floor at 18/1, on the 2nd Cross of Sampige Road. If you know Malleshwaram, you know it’s a very traditional and busy place. The air often smells like incense and jasmine from the street vendors below. Our office is a simple one, nothing too grand. We have a few desks where we keep track of different flats and properties in the city. We spend a lot of our time talking to owners and looking through lists of what’s available. It’s a lot of legwork, but we enjoy being out and about. We don't go for any of that corporate polish or fancy language. We just tell people what the place looks like and what the rent is. The stairs up to our office are a bit old, but they’ve held up well over the years. We’ve lived and worked around Sampige Road for a long time, so we know the area better than most. We aren't a giant company with a huge marketing budget. We just rely on people knowing who we are and where to find us. Some days we have people dropping in all the time, and other days it’s just us and the radio. We keep things moving along without making a big fuss about it. It’s just how we run things here in this part of town and we are happy with that.
