Flats In City Realty

Our office is at 18/1 Malleshwaram on the first floor. Malleshwaram is one of those parts of town that still feels a bit like old Bangalore. You have the temples nearby and the flower markets. Being on the first floor, we get a bit of the street noise, but it's not too bad. Flats In City Realty is basically just a small team of us. We spend most of our time on the phone or out looking at properties. The office is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some files stacked up, and a water cooler that makes a weird noise sometimes. We don't have any of those fancy glass walls you see in movies. It’s just a place to sit and do paperwork between visits to different flats. People come in looking for a place to stay or wanting to sell. We talk to them about what's available in the city. It’s a lot of walking and driving around, to be honest. Some days are long, especially when the traffic is bad. We know the streets around here quite well. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the last few years. More apartments going up, less old houses. We just try to keep track of it all from our little spot on the first floor. It’s practical work. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just show up and help people find a place to live.
