First Realty

First Realty is located over in Ramagondana Halli, inside the building called The Lotus Krest on ITPL Road. This area is always moving because of all the tech parks and new apartments going up all the time. We decided to stay here because it’s where all the action is. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few tables, some maps on the wall, and plenty of chairs for when people come in to talk. It’s not a fancy corporate suite with leather sofas. We like it that way. It feels more like a place where you can actually sit down and have a real conversation about property. The ITPL Road traffic can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we often stay a bit late just to avoid the rush. We’ve seen this neighborhood grow from almost nothing to what it is today. My team and I spend a lot of time on our phones or out visiting different sites across the city. When we are in the office, it’s mostly just catching up on paperwork and checking the latest listings. We don't have a big receptionist out front, so whoever is closest to the door usually says hello and helps out. It’s a small, hard-working group of people. We’ve been at Lotus Krest for a while and we’ve gotten to know the other businesses in the building quite well. It’s just a regular office where we try to keep things organized and helpful.
