Firoz Real Estate

Firoz Real Estate is located in Gangenahalli, right on the first floor across from the Axis Bank. We’ve been around here for a while now, just handling the usual property stuff that people need help with in this neighborhood. It is not a very big office, but it gets the job done when someone is looking to rent a place or maybe sell their old house. Dealing with paperwork and finding the right person to take over a lease can be a real headache, so that is mostly what we spend our days doing. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, but once you get inside, it’s just a regular space with some desks and chairs where we sit down to talk things through. Gangenahalli is a busy area, especially with the bank right there, so there is always a lot of noise from the street coming in through the windows. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. People mostly just walk in because they saw the sign or someone they know told them to come by. It’s a straightforward way to work. We try to keep things clear so nobody gets confused about the prices or the terms. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait for it to come back on and keep working. It is just me and a couple of others here most days, keeping track of what houses are available.
