Field Star Realty has its office over at D2 90 Infantry Road in Millat Nagar. It’s right there in the Lokhandwala area, which stays busy most of the day. We’ve been working out of this space for a while, dealing with all the houses and flats around this part of town. Real estate around here changes fast, and we spend a lot of time just walking around looking at buildings or meeting people who want to move. It’s not a big shiny office; it’s more of a place where we keep our files and maps. Sometimes people come in just to ask what the rent is like on the next street over. We don't use those big fancy brochures you see in the mall. Mostly, we just have a few notebooks and our phones. The traffic on Infantry Road can get pretty loud, so we usually keep the door half-shut to keep the dust out. If you are looking for a place, we probably know who is moving out or which landlord is looking for someone new. Dealing with paperwork is the slowest part of the job, and we spend plenty of hours at the desk getting that sorted. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of waiting for people to make up their minds. We know the shortcuts around Millat Nagar and where the easier parking is, which helps when we have to show a property. It is just how things go.
