Our place, Ferrcem Extreme Engineering Pvt Ltd, is located out in the Hoskote Kiadb Industrial Area at plot 23 A. It is a real industrial zone, so you can expect a lot of dust and the sound of big trucks moving around all day long. The shop floor is where most of the action happens. It is not exactly a clean environment, but that is how it goes when you are dealing with metal and heavy machines. We have got lathes, welding equipment, and a lot of grease everywhere. The guys who work here are local and they know how to handle the tools without much fuss. We started in a small shed and just kept adding more space as we needed it over the years. Now it is a bit of a maze inside with all the parts and raw materials stacked up in the corners. We do not have a fancy lobby or anyone wearing a suit. If you show up, one of us will probably just wipe our hands on a rag and come over to see what you need. It gets really hot in the afternoons, but we have some big fans that keep the air moving a bit. We just focus on getting the projects finished so they can be loaded onto the trucks and sent out. It is a practical place for people who want stuff built right without any extra nonsense.
