We are located in the Kamadhenu Complex, right at number 6. It’s across from the Taj Residency on MG Road. Being in such a busy part of town means there’s always something going on outside. We handle property stuff, mostly helping people find places to rent or buy. It can be quite a headache dealing with all the documents and legal things, but that’s what we do. The office is usually full of maps and listings stuck to the walls. We spend a lot of time out showing houses or meeting with owners. MG Road is always crowded, so getting around takes longer than you’d think. We’ve seen the property prices go up and down over the years. Some days we have plenty of leads, other days it’s slow. We don't use a lot of sales talk. If a place is good, we say so, and if it has issues, we mention those too. It’s easier that way for everyone. We aren't a big franchise, just a local agency. We know this area pretty well since we’ve been here so long. It’s a lot of walking and talking. Sometimes we’re still here late at night finishing up contracts or answering emails. It’s just how the real estate business goes. We like being in the middle of the city where everything is happening. It’s a good spot to meet people. We keep some extra chairs for when families come in together and need time to think.
