Fast Track Call Taxi Pvt Ltd is run out of the Bangalore GPO area on New SG Road. This is our Bangalore City H O, or head office. It is a very central spot, which makes sense for a taxi company because we are right in the middle of everything. The office is usually quite loud with phones ringing and dispatchers talking to drivers all over the city. It is not a glamorous place. It is a room full of maps, screens, and people trying to coordinate rides. We have been at this New SG Road location for a long time. It is always a bit chaotic, especially during peak hours when everyone in Bangalore seems to want a cab at the same time. We do not have any polished lobby or fancy waiting area. It is just a functional space for getting taxis to where they need to be. Our team here knows the city streets like the back of their hands. We just focus on the logistics of the fleet. Sometimes it is stressful when the traffic is bad, but we just keep the radios going and do our best. Being near the GPO means we are in the heart of the old city bustle. We do not do anything special, just manage the cars and the calls as they come in. It is just a group of us working shifts to keep the service moving across Bangalore.
