Falcons Real Estate is located right in the heart of Shivaji Nagar. Our office is at Commercial Point, number 23, on the 2nd floor. We are on Dispensary Road, just opposite the Corporation Office. If you know Shivaji Nagar, you know it’s one of the busiest parts of the city. There’s a constant flow of people, vehicles, and noise. Being on the second floor helps us get a little bit away from the direct chaos of the street, but you still feel the energy of the place. We deal with property and land around here. Our office isn’t anything too fancy, just some chairs and tables and a lot of maps and documents. We spend a lot of time meeting people and talking about different buildings in the area. Shivaji Nagar has so many old structures and new developments, it’s always interesting. Commercial Point is an old building, and the elevator is a bit temperamental, so most of us just take the stairs to the second floor. It keeps us moving. We have a lot of old files from years ago that we probably should clear out, but they tell the history of the properties in Shivaji Nagar. Looking out at Dispensary Road, you see everything from luxury cars to handcarts. It’s a real mix. We don’t use any fancy software to track things; a lot of it is still written down in big ledgers. People trust that more around here. We’ve managed to stay put while others moved on.
