Expat Properties

Our office for Expat Properties is over at Sobha Pearl on Commissariat Road. We are up on the second floor in the Brooklyn section. It’s a central location, so it’s easy for people to find us, though the traffic around here can be a real headache sometimes. The building itself is quite nice, but our office inside is just a regular workspace. We have desks, some chairs for meetings, and a lot of maps and property files stacked up. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out looking at different sites around the city. It’s a lot of running around. The team here is small. We’ve been at this location for a while and we’ve seen the city grow up around us. Commissariat Road is always buzzing with activity from morning to night. Inside the office, it’s usually a bit quieter, but we are always busy with something. We don't have a big corporate feel. It’s more like a group of people who know their way around real estate. We drink a lot of coffee to keep up with the long hours. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork after a long day of being out on the field. It isn't always glamorous, despite what people think about property. It’s mostly just hard work and being organized. We just do our best to keep things moving from our spot here in Sobha Pearl.
