Excellent Cabs

Excellent Cabs is based out of Banashankari 3rd Stage. Our spot is on the Kathriguppa Main Road, which is almost always full of cars and people. We are located near the Kamakya Theatre. Most people use the theatre as a guide to find our office. It’s a lively area to work in. We have been here long enough to see the neighborhood change quite a bit. The office is just a basic space where we coordinate our drivers. We have a couple of desks and a bench for people to sit while they wait. It is not very big, but it serves its purpose. We spend most of our time dealing with schedules and checking in on the cars. Since we are on the main road, it gets quite loud during peak hours. You can hear the traffic and the horns all day long. We don't have a fancy website or a big team of managers. It’s just us doing the day-to-day work. Sometimes we struggle with the internet or the phones, but we get things fixed eventually. We know the shortcuts around Kathriguppa like the back of our hands. It’s a busy life running a cab office here. We just take things one day at a time. The local shops around us are where we get our lunch most days. It is a nice community to be part of, even with all the noise from the theatre crowds. It keeps us on our toes every single day.
