Our agency is located at 25/581 JP Nagar, right on the 8th Main and 11th Cross. JP Nagar is a huge area and we spend most of our time walking or driving between different blocks to show houses. It is a lot of stairs to climb and many different sets of keys to keep track of. Our office is a small room where we keep all the files on local properties. It is often a bit dusty and the fan makes a clicking noise, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time talking to landlords and people looking for a place to stay. It is not always easy to find the right fit for everyone. The 11th Cross is a pretty quiet street most of the time which is nice for when we are doing paperwork. We have been here for a good number of years now. We don't do any big marketing or have any flashy signs. Most people just walk in because they saw our board or heard about us from a neighbor. Sometimes the deals fall through at the last minute and we have to start all over again with a new client. It is just the way the real estate business works. We keep our records in big ledgers and try to stay on top of who is moving where. It is simple work and we just keep at it.
