Evershine Real Estate is located in the Sree Ramajaneya Temple Building on the Shivaji Nagar Link Road at 162/2. We’ve been working out of this office for quite some time now. It’s a busy part of town, and being in the temple building means most people find us pretty easily. We deal with property stuff, helping people find places to stay or buy in the surrounding areas. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to different people every day. The office isn’t anything too special, just desks and files, really. We spend a good chunk of our day out and about, looking at sites or meeting people at different buildings. Shivaji Nagar has a lot of energy, and the Link Road is always moving with people and vehicles. We’ve seen the real estate market go up and down over the years, but we just keep doing what we do. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we know the streets around here like the back of our hand. We don’t use those big glossy brochures or anything like that. Usually, it’s just a conversation about what someone is looking for and what’s available. Sometimes it takes a while to find the right fit, but that’s just the nature of the business. People usually hear about us from their neighbors or friends who have used our services before. We keep it simple.
