Everjoy Properties

Everjoy Properties is located at 28/35 in Padmanabhanagar. We are specifically situated on the 6th Cross in Saibaba Nagar, which is just off the 18th Main Road. A really good landmark to look for is the Kidney hospital located nearby. We have been operating out of this small office for a good while now. It is certainly not a big corporate firm with hundreds of different agents running around. It is just a few of us who happen to know this local area very well. We spend a significant amount of our time outside of the office looking at different spots around Padmanabhanagar. When we are actually in the office, it is usually to finish up some paperwork or talk to people who have specific questions for us. We do not have a polished sales pitch or any of those fancy digital presentations. We simply show people what is available on the market and tell them the truth about the places we see. Sometimes the market is very slow and other times it gets completely crazy, but we just try to stay steady. The 6th Cross is usually a quiet street, which is nice for when we really need to focus on something. We have seen a lot of families move into this neighborhood over the years. It is a decent place to be based. We don't spend money on ads because people usually find us through someone they know.
