Ever On Properties

Ever On Properties is right over at Banashankari 2nd Stage. Specifically, we are at number 2931, which is directly opposite the railway station. Being so close to the station means there is always a lot of noise and people moving about. It’s quite a busy part of the city. We handle property matters from this office. If you are getting off a train, you can pretty much see us across the way. The building itself is just a regular structure. Inside, Ever On Properties is simple. Just some chairs, tables, and files. We don't spend much on decorations. It's more about the work we do with houses and land. The 2nd Stage of Banashankari is a lively area to be in. Sometimes the trains are late and you see people waiting around outside our door. We’ve been at 2931 for a while. Most of the locals know where we are. It’s not a corporate headquarters or anything like that. Just a local property office run by people who know the area. If you come by, you’ll likely find us drinking tea or talking to someone about a lease. We don’t have a fancy website or a big marketing team. It’s just us at Ever On Properties across from the station. It’s a practical location for what we do and we like it that way despite the noise from the tracks.
