Ethiraj Associates

Our office is way up on the 8th floor of the B Wing in the 810 building on MG Road. Ethiraj Associates has been here for a long time, and we have seen the city skyline change quite a bit from our windows over the years. Being up on the 8th floor means we are a bit removed from all the loud street noise of MG Road, which is a big relief on most days. The elevators can be a bit of a wait, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to their desks at the same time. Our workspace is pretty basic—just some desks, chairs, a small area for making tea, and a lot of folders. We do not have any of those modern office features like bean bags or game rooms. We just focus on the work we have to do. The B Wing has a lot of different businesses in it, so you end up meeting all sorts of interesting people in the hallway or near the lifts. It is a professional enough environment but without all that stuffy corporate attitude you find in the newer tech parks. We just treat people fairly and try to be helpful when someone comes through our door. Most of our staff have been with the company for a long time, so there is a lot of trust.
