Ethical Realtors

We are located over at D-1/607 in Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar, specifically in the Mahavir Nagar area at the White House. Ethical Realtors is just our small team trying to help people find places to live or work. Real estate can be a bit of a mess sometimes with all the paperwork and people changing their minds at the last minute. We try to keep things simple. We spend a lot of time driving around looking at properties or sitting in the office going through listings. The office in the White House building is where we do most of the talking. It’s a plain room with some desks and a lot of files stacked up. We aren't the kind of people who wear fancy suits every day. We just dress for the weather and the work. People come to us because they know we live around here and understand the neighborhood. Sometimes we don't have the perfect house available right away, so we have to keep looking. It takes patience. We don't use big words or try to push people into things they don't want. We just show what’s available and let the person decide. It’s a slow process sometimes, but that’s just the nature of property. We’ve been in this spot for a while and plan to stay here at Mahavir Nagar for a long time.
