Eswari Real Esate

Our office is right on M G Road, specifically in E Block near the Chinmaya Mission Hospital. It’s a busy spot, and sometimes the traffic makes it hard to even cross the street to get a coffee in the afternoon. We’ve been operating Eswari Real Esate from this 296 address for a good number of years now. It’s just a small place where we keep our files and maps of the local areas. People come in asking about plots or rentals, and we show them what we have on the list that day. It's not like those big agencies with glass walls and uniforms. We sit here with the fan going and try to make sense of the paperwork. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We know this part of the city pretty well because we’ve walked these streets so many times over the decades. Dealing with property is mostly about knowing who owns what and where the boundaries are. It takes a lot of patience and many phone calls. My uncle started this, and now we just keep it going as best as we can. We aren't trying to be the biggest names around, just want to help people find a decent place without too much headache. It's a lot of talking and walking, but that is the job we chose. We stay open until late most evenings.
