Estatus Real Estate Solution is basically just a small team of us working out of our office at 41299 Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar. We are specifically in the Hanumanthappa Layout area, which is pretty close to the Manipal Centre. If you know the neighborhood, you know it can get pretty hectic with traffic and people looking for places to live or set up shops. We spend a lot of our time looking at different properties and talking to landlords who have space available. It’s a lot of running around, to be honest. We don’t have a fancy website with drone shots or anything like that because we prefer just talking to people face-to-face. Real estate in RT Nagar is always changing, and it feels like there is a new building going up every other week. We try to keep track of who is moving where and what the current prices are like, but it’s a lot to handle sometimes. Our office isn’t anything special, just a place to keep our files and meet people when they want to sign papers. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and most people around Hanumanthappa Layout know where to find us. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Bangalore, we just want to help people find a decent spot without too much headache. It’s practical work and we just take it one day at a time.
