Our place is at 29 Shivaji Nagar on Bowring Hospital Road. We’re located in the Malik Complex. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know where the hospital is. Shivaji Nagar is a busy area and Bowring Hospital Road always has people moving about. We’ve got our office here where we handle property things for the local crowd. It’s a straightforward space in a busy complex. We don’t have any fancy decorations, just the usual office stuff like desks and a couple of chairs for whoever drops by. We spend our days answering calls and meeting people who need a hand with finding a place to stay or a shop to rent. It’s just us here at Estatesplus. We’ve been in the Malik Complex for a while, so we know the other people working in the building. It’s a community of sorts. We don’t try to sound like a big company because we’re not. We’re just local folks who know this part of town and the properties in it. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the hospital traffic nearby, but we don’t mind it. If you’re walking down Bowring Hospital Road, you can’t miss the complex. We’re usually inside working on some paperwork or talking to a neighbor about a new listing. There's always a bit of tea on the table and papers piled up. That’s just how we work every day.
