If you’re looking for us, we are located at 29 Infantry Road, right in the Malik Cmplx on BNP Marg. It’s a busy area, but we’ve settled in quite well. At Estate Plus Property Services, the day usually starts with a lot of phone calls and checking through paperwork related to various buildings and spaces. Property work involves a lot of details that people don't always see, and we spend a good chunk of our time just making sure everything is where it should be. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we keep our files and meet up to discuss the week's tasks. Infantry Road can be quite a scramble during peak hours, but being central helps us get around to different sites when we need to. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to handle the property side of things steadily. Sometimes we’re out on the road more than we’re at our desks. It can get a bit tiring, but that’s just how this business goes. We’ve got our routine down now. Usually, there’s someone at the Malik Cmplx office if you need to drop something off, though we might be hidden behind a stack of folders. It’s a straightforward operation here, no fancy slogans or polished presentations, just the regular work of managing property services every day.
