Engineering Design

Engineering Design is a small group of us working out of North Bangalore. We do not have a big corporate office in the center of the city; we prefer being up this way. Most of our day is spent at computers or looking over technical drawings and plans. It is quiet work, mostly, but it requires a lot of focus. We have been doing this for a few years now, helping with various design projects that come our way. We are not a huge firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of people who actually know how to put a design together. We handle the technical details that most people do not want to deal with. North Bangalore is growing fast, so there is always something new happening nearby. We do not really do much in the way of advertising or self-promotion. Most of our work comes from people we have worked with before who know we just get the job done without a lot of talking. It can be stressful when deadlines are tight, but we just put our heads down and work through it. The office is pretty basic—just desks, some coffee, and a lot of papers. We like it that way because it keeps things simple. Our focus is just on making sure the designs are right and the calculations are solid. It is just what we do every day here in our corner of the city.
