We are situated at 39 Shivaji Nagar, right on the Dickenson Road Cross. Our office is on the first floor. It’s a busy part of the city, and the street below is always full of people and bikes. The building itself is older, and you have to walk up a narrow set of stairs to reach us. Inside, it’s a bit cluttered with folders and some old furniture we’ve had since we started. We don't have any big flashy screens or fancy decorations. It’s just a place to work. We spend our days answering the phone and writing down details for people looking for property in this area. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the windows open, even if it’s noisy. We know the shopkeepers downstairs and the folks in the neighboring offices pretty well. It’s a tight-knit little community on this crossroad. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek look. We just focus on knowing the local streets and who is selling or buying what. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit behind, but we catch up eventually. It’s a small team here, and we mostly just handle things as they come. If you drop by, we’ll probably be in the middle of a conversation about a local listing. It’s a basic, honest way to run a business in Shivaji Nagar. We just keep at it every day and see what comes next.
