Elegance Tours & Travels

Elegance Tours & Travels is on the second floor of Varun Complex, which is at 198 New BEL Road. We are situated right above where the Nokia showroom used to be. New BEL Road is always full of life, with lots of shops and people walking by. To get to us, you have to head up the stairs, which are a bit narrow. Once you’re inside, it’s a simple office with a couple of desks and some computers. We spend our days arranging trips and booking tickets for whoever walks in. It’s a lot of staring at screens and talking to travel operators. We don't have a fancy waiting lounge. Usually, people just pull up a chair and tell us where they want to go. The traffic noise from the street below is constant, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We’ve seen many businesses in Varun Complex come and go, but we’ve stayed here. It’s just a few of us running the place. We don't use any complicated systems, just basic bookings and good old conversation. Sometimes we have old travel brochures from years ago sitting in the racks. It’s a comfortable enough place to work. We enjoy hearing about people’s travel plans and helping them figure out the logistics. It’s not a high-pressure environment, just a local travel office doing its thing every day.
