Ebenzer Cabs

Ebenzer Cabs is tucked away at 53/4 on Banneraghatta Road, right by Journalist Colony. We have a few cars and a lot of keys hanging on the wall. It’s a lot of sitting around waiting for the phone to ring and then a lot of driving through the city traffic. We know the shortcuts around here pretty well by now. The office isn't much to look at, just a place to park the cars and hand over the keys between shifts. We mostly help people get to the airport or the train station when they have too many bags to walk. Sometimes the cars need a lot of washing because of the rain and the mud on the roads. It’s a small operation. We don't have an app or anything, just a regular phone line. We've been in Journalist Colony for a good bit of time. The drivers are just local guys who need to make a living. We try to keep the cars running smooth, though the engines can be a bit loud sometimes. It’s just basic transport for the folks living around Banneraghatta Road. We don't make a big fuss about it. Just driving from one place to the next all day long. Sometimes we take a break at the local tea stall nearby while waiting for a booking. It’s a quiet life when the roads aren't too jammed up. We just keep our cars ready and our phones charged for whenever the next call comes in.
