Eat & Drink

Our little spot is located right in the Vakil Gardenia Apartments over in H S R, on the Bellandur Main Road. It’s a busy area, mostly because of all the people living in the flats around us and the constant traffic on the main road. We started Eat & Drink because we saw how many people needed a place to just grab something quick. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who handle everything from taking orders to cleaning the tables. The kitchen isn’t huge, so we have to stay organized, though it gets a bit chaotic during the evening rush. You can hear the hum of the fridge and the sounds of the street outside. We don’t use any of that polished language you see in big ads. We’re just a neighborhood place. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up, or we run out of a certain snack, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. Most of our customers are the same people we see every day, so we know their usual orders. It feels more like a community spot than a business sometimes. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the residents from the apartments. The floors get scuffed and the menus are a bit worn out, but that’s fine by us. It’s a real place for real people who live and work in Bellandur.
