We are located on the third floor of the Sia Risava Cooperative Housing Society in Jayanagar. It's actually right across from Sagar Hospital, which is the easiest way to explain to people where to go when they’re looking for us. Being on the third floor means a bit of a climb or a wait for the lift, but it’s a decent enough spot once you’re up here. The office is number 19, and it’s tucked away in the residential part of the building, so it feels more like a home office than a big corporate suite. We deal with real estate stuff, mostly talking to people about houses and flats in the local area. Jayanagar is a busy place, and the hospital across the street always has people moving around, so there’s a lot of life outside the window. We’ve got some desks pushed together and some files stacked up, just the usual things you’d expect. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a few people over at once, but we make it work. It’s a quiet enough society otherwise, and the neighbors are mostly families who have been here for years. We don’t put up big signs or anything, just the small nameplate by the door. It’s a simple way to run things, just staying local and keeping it basic, which seems to suit the way we do things here.
