We are located out in Nernahalli, which is near D. K. Halli in the Bangarpet area of Kolar. It is quite a distance from the main city buzz, and we like it that way. Dubas Engg Pvt Ltd operates out of a simple building here. The air is a bit clearer and it’s mostly quiet, except for when we are running some machines. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages. We don't have a big corporate sign or a fancy driveway. It’s just a gate and a yard where we keep some of our materials. The road to get here can be a bit bumpy depending on the season. Inside, the workspace is laid out for efficiency, not for looks. We have some old calendars on the wall and a few desks that have been through a lot. Engineering in a place like this means you have to be resourceful. We can't just run to a big store if we forget something. We plan our days carefully. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't in a hurry to impress anyone with a big office. We just want to make sure the jobs we take on are finished properly. The local community knows us as the engineering place down the road. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us and the people who depend on what we make. Most evenings we just lock up and head back to our homes nearby.
