Being at 20 Mahathma Gandhi Road means there is always something going on outside our door. Dsa R I is located right in the thick of it. It’s a very famous road, as everyone knows. We see a lot of people passing by every single day. Some are in a hurry, some are just looking around. Our office isn't very large, but we make the best of the space we have. It’s an old-school way of doing things here. We don't use a lot of fancy tech unless we really have to. Most of our day is spent handling paperwork and talking on the phone. The traffic on MG Road is something else. You get used to the constant honking after a while. We’ve been here long enough that we don't even notice it anymore. It's a practical location for getting things done. We don't have a big reception area or anything. You just walk in and someone will be there to help. It’s straightforward. We aren't into big marketing tricks. We just handle the work that comes our way. Sometimes the rain makes the street a mess, but we keep the inside tidy. It's a busy life at number 20. We like being part of the city's pulse. It keeps us on our toes every day. We don't have a cafeteria, just a small corner for coffee. That’s enough for us.
