Down Town Pub

We've been at 41/42 Residency Road for quite some time now. It’s just Down Town Pub. Nothing too fancy or over the top. People come in after work mostly. It can get a bit noisy when the music's going, but that's just how it is here. We have the usual drinks and some snacks if you're hungry. The chairs aren't the newest, but they're comfortable enough for a long evening. Sometimes it takes a minute to get served when it’s packed on Friday nights. We try to keep things simple. It’s a good spot to just sit and talk without anyone bothering you too much. We aren't trying to be the trendiest place in town, just a regular pub where you can grab a beer. The lighting is a bit dim, which some people like. You’ll find us right there on the main road. It's easy to find. Most of the regulars have been coming here for years. We know their usual orders by heart. It’s not a big place, so it fills up fast. If you're looking for a quiet dinner, maybe this isn't it, but for a night out with friends, it works. We just do what we do and hope people enjoy the time they spend here. It's just us, the drinks, and the music. It isn't a massive corporate chain.
