We've been here at Uruli Devachi 154/1 for a while now. Most people know the spot over in Okalipuram Shinde Vasti. It’s just us doing the daily work with the milk and getting things ready every morning. It gets busy early, usually before the sun is even up properly. The trucks come and go, and there's always something that needs fixing or cleaning. We don't really do anything fancy. It's just about making sure the dairy side of things stays moving. Sometimes the weather makes it hard, especially when the roads get muddy around the patch, but we manage. People around here recognize the name Dodla Diary Ltd, though we mostly just think of it as the place we go to work every day. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New buildings going up, more traffic on the main road. But we just stick to our routine. It’s not a glamorous job, honestly. There's a lot of lifting and making sure the temperatures are right. If you walk by, you’ll probably hear the machines humming or see someone loading up. We don’t have a big front office or anything like that. Just the workspace and the equipment we use. It’s a bit noisy and there's always a lot of water on the floor from washing everything down, but that's just how a dairy is. We keep to ourselves and just try to get the orders sorted for the day without too much fuss.
