Divya Real Estate

Divya Real Estate is located at 41620 HSR Layout in the Navsahyadri area. HSR is a big place, and we’ve spent a lot of time walking through the different sectors. Our office is a small room with a couple of chairs and a lot of maps on the wall. We spend the day talking to people who want to buy a house or maybe find a plot of land to build on. It’s not like the big agencies you see on TV. We just know the local streets and who might be looking to sell. Sometimes we spend hours on the phone, and other times we are out walking around looking at properties. The dust in HSR can be a lot when there’s construction, so we’re always wiping down our desks. We’ve lived around here for a long time, so we know which roads get flooded when it rains and where the good parks are. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. Most people find us because they saw our sign or heard about us from a neighbor. We just try to find a match between what someone needs and what’s available. It’s a lot of waiting for papers to get signed and checking on land titles. It’s slow work sometimes, but we like being our own bosses. When the office gets too hot in the afternoon, we head to the nearby bakery for a puff and some tea.
