Disney Real Estate operates out of 395 BTM Layout 2nd Stage. We are on MBT Street, right behind the big water tank. If you know the area, the water tank is a pretty easy landmark to find. Our office isn't very large. It’s mostly just desks, some maps of the neighborhood, and a lot of paperwork. We spend half our time out on the streets looking at properties and the other half here answering the phone. Real estate in BTM Layout moves pretty fast. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of agents. It’s just a small team of us who know these blocks well. We talk to landlords and people looking for a place to stay or do business. It gets a bit hectic sometimes when three people call at once. We don't wear fancy suits most days. It’s too hot for that when you’re walking around showing apartments. We just try to keep track of who is moving where. The street outside can get noisy with the traffic, but we are used to it. We've seen buildings go up and shops close down over the years. It is interesting work because you meet all sorts of people. We aren't here to give a big sales pitch. We just show the rooms and tell people the rent. It’s a simple local business.
