We have our office at 761 Rajajinagar. It is a basic space where we handle all our real estate matters. There is always a lot of paperwork on the desks. Maps of the local area are pinned up on the walls so we can show people where different properties are located. Rajajinagar is a big area and we know the streets here pretty well by now. The office isn't very large, but it fits the three of us and a few chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites. When we are in the office, we are usually checking listings or filing documents. The noise from the street comes in through the door when it's open. It is a lively neighborhood with a lot of people moving around. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic with the various meetings we have scheduled. We don't use any fancy computer systems, just a couple of laptops and our notebooks. It feels like a traditional local business. We have a small water cooler in the corner that gets a lot of use during the hot months. Most of the people who stop by are from the local neighborhood. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who walks through the door. It is just a regular office doing regular work every day from Monday to Saturday without any big corporate frills to distract us.
