Dhanu Properties

We sit in this office at 699, 11th Main in Jayanagar 5th Block. It is right on Siston Road and most people find us because we are opposite the Raghavendra Swamy Temple. Sometimes it gets loud with the bells and people visiting the temple, but we like it here. Dhanu Properties is just a few of us working on local house stuff. We have been in this spot for a bit and know the Jayanagar lanes pretty well. Usually, the morning starts with a lot of tea and checking which houses are for rent or sale. People just walk in from the street after they finish their prayers at the temple. We don't have a big fancy setup. Just some desks and chairs and a lot of files. The traffic on Siston Road can be a headache in the evenings. It makes it hard for clients to park their bikes sometimes. We mostly deal with folks from around here who want to move to a bigger place or find a small shop to start their own thing. It is honest work and we keep busy with the paperwork. Sometimes we spend the whole day just talking to owners who aren't even sure if they want to sell yet. You see the same faces every day in this part of 5th Block. We just try to keep things moving along and help out where we can with the local property listings. It is a simple life in Jayanagar.
