We’re based out of Doddaiah Garden in the Kottigepalya area, just off Magadi Main Road. It’s a bit away from the main city center, which means it’s a little quieter, though the road noise still finds its way in. We do technical work here, mostly focused on engineering and building things. Our workshop is behind the main office and it’s usually covered in dust and grease. That’s just part of the job. We have a few machines that have been with us since we started, and they still run better than some of the newer ones. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. It’s just us. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints or fixing parts that didn’t come out quite right the first time. The office gets a bit messy with coffee mugs and half-finished drawings everywhere. We try to keep things moving along, even when parts are late or a machine decides to stop working for no reason. It’s a practical place for people who like to work with their hands. We don’t wear uniforms, just old clothes that we don’t mind getting dirty. We’ve lived in this neighborhood for years, so we know most of the people walking by. It’s a good, honest way to make a living, and we just keep plugging away at it. No need for fancy office politics or big corporate meetings here.
