Designation - Asst Engg Quality

We are located in Jayanagar 7th Block, specifically at 406/18. The office is tucked away in a spot that’s relatively quiet compared to the main market area, which is nice. As Designation - Asst Engg Quality, the main focus here is on the technical side of things, specifically making sure everything meets the right standards before it goes out. It involves a lot of checking and re-checking of numbers. We have various tools and measuring devices scattered around the place on different tables. The office isn't very large, so we all sit pretty close to each other every day. You can usually hear the sound of someone typing away or the hum of the air conditioner in the corner. Jayanagar is a nice place to work because of the trees and the parks nearby, even if parking a car can be a total nightmare sometimes. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. Usually, if the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up and talks. We take our work seriously, but we don't act like we are better than anyone else. It's just about making sure the quality is where it needs to be for every project. Sometimes we spend hours arguing over a small detail in a report, but that’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with engineering work. We like the routine and knowing our neighbors around the block.
