Deepam City Taxi

Deepam City Taxi is located at 512, right on the 29th Main in BTM Layout 2nd Stage. We are tucked into the 10th Cross, which is a pretty typical busy street in this part of Bangalore. Our office isn't much to look at, just a place for us to park a few cars and manage the bookings. It’s usually a bit of a squeeze getting the vehicles in and out of the lane. We’ve been around for a while, providing rides to people in the area who need to get to the airport or just across town. We don't use any fancy marketing or big ads. Mostly, people just have our number saved or see our cars parked near the corner. It’s a lot of long hours, especially during the night shifts when the calls keep coming in. We keep a big whiteboard to track which driver is where, and it’s always getting erased and rewritten. The office smells a bit like car wax and old upholstery sometimes. We aren't some giant tech company; we’re just a local taxi service with people who know the city streets well. Sometimes the traffic in BTM is so bad we just have to tell customers it’ll be a wait. We try to be honest about that. It’s a simple, hardworking business, and we’re just trying to keep the wheels turning every day for our neighbors. The tea stall near the 29th Main intersection is where we usually spend our small breaks between trips.
