Deepa Property

You’ll find Deepa Property at L-1003 in the L Block of Purva Venezia. It’s a large apartment complex here in Yelahanka New Town. We actually live and work in the same general area, which makes things a lot easier for us. The office is just a small room we set up to handle all the local property stuff. Since we are right here in the building every day, we know all the little details that outsiders might miss. We know which units get the best morning sun and which corners of the parking lot get a bit tight. We don't really do much work outside of this specific local area. It’s mostly helping our neighbors who are moving out or people looking to rent a place in this complex. It’s a bit more relaxed than being out on a noisy main road. We spend a lot of time walking through the gardens here to meet people and show them around. Sometimes we just have our meetings at the little cafe near the entrance. It’s a quiet and steady way to do business. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or big advertisements. We just tell people exactly what we know about the flats and how the management works. It’s very straightforward. Most people find us because they already live in the block. It’s a nice community to be a part of.
