We've been at 874 Subramanyapura for a good while now. The Uttrahalli Main Road gets really busy during the day, so people usually just walk in when they see the sign. Deekshith Property Consultants started because we lived in Chiina Sandra and knew everyone. It's not a big fancy office. We just have a few desks and some old files. We mostly talk to people about land or renting out houses around this part of town. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear ourselves think, but we manage. My brother and I handle most of the paperwork together. It takes a lot of time to get things right with the local offices. We don't have a website or anything like that. Most people just know us from the neighborhood. You might see us grabbing a tea at the corner shop in the mornings. We know which roads get flooded during the monsoon and where the water supply is actually decent. That's just how it is when you live and work in the same spot for years. If you're walking past the main road, you'll see our board. It’s a bit faded from the sun lately. We spend most of our mornings checking on various sites and the afternoons dealing with the documents. It’s a lot of walking and talking to people. Nothing too complicated, just helping neighbors find what they need.
